Police report nabbing a mall shoplifter who stuffed his pants full of 75 bottles of lotion from Bath & Body Works. It was easy — the man could barely move, let alone run. Then again, benefit of the doubt, maybe he just had really dry skin from the Massachusetts winter, which would explain why he wanted all that lotion in the first place.
